inaugural annual review, Electronic Government and PSBS News -
I was Group Editor for PSI, a leading provider of information media to the public sector. My early career included 10 years at the BBC.
Christine Barnicoat, MCIPS
I was the editor of GCforum OGC’s online bulletin, for over five years, and editorial consultant for PSBS News. I have written for a range of publications including The PFI Journal, Overview and Government Opportunities.
My background is largely public sector, including HM Treasury’s Central Unit on Procurement. I have specialised in procurement for over 20 years.
